We currently offer whole beans only, so you can grind them fresh for the best flavor.

• Medium Roast: Balanced flavor, aroma, and body; a smooth, well-rounded cup.

• Dark Roast: Bold, rich, and lower acidity; smokier notes with a fuller body.

Keep your beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer for daily-use coffee.

Beans are at their best within 2–4 weeks of roasting. To enjoy peak flavor, try to use them within this window.
